Very good experience. I was expecting it to be a disaster. Clerks spoke English. Very friendly and informative. Used a debit card as I took out premium insurance. No problems with car. Highly recommend
There was a little queue for the counter, however in a short while I reached the front. I was spoken to politely, received a near new car for my trip and in the end the drop off was a breeze. Highly recommended.
Both of us were significantly upgraded because the queue was thirty minutes long. New cars and in good condition. Friendly staff. Quick check-in. Good prices. Compared to other car hire companies this was a very good experience.
The hire car OK cars at Granada Airport is fantastic and I have used them on many occasions. The service is second to none and the manager is exceptional she works so hard and has a good rapport with her staff which really shines through. Every time I rent a car they have exceeded my expectations and nothing is too much trouble. They always have a smile on their faces and I have actually come to enjoy renting cars from this company. Normally when you rent a car you dread it not with this company. They are very professional, quick and happy people. I would highly recommend them. 5 star service!!!
