Cevichevere is a laid-back seafood shop dedicated to Peru's Ceviche, Hawaii’s much-celebrated raw fish dish, poké & NYC's Sushiburritos. The dream of 3 friends Guillermo, Gustavo & Oscar, Cevichevere is founded in a serious love for fish – and genuine desire to share it with others. We opened our doors in early 2017 in the heart of Madrid's Barrio de Salamanca.

Increíble local de Ceviche. La comida es fresquisima, las porciones son generosas y las salsas están deliciosas. El concepto de negocio está pensado para hacer una orden por Internet o takeaway pero tienen una mesita y una repisa fuera donde puedes. Comer. Para acompañar ponen plátano frito y no puede faltar uno de sus zumos naturales. Absolutamente recomendable. La atención la brindan unos jóvenes emprendedores venezolanos, simpáticos y que, sin duda, saben lo que hacen.
