Am very satisfied at my visit. Everybody I met at the center were really welcoming and helpful. One lady did her best to explain things in English, even though it wasn't really necessary. Very, very happy I went there. Managed to do blood test and other without previous appointment. Regarding payment can only say that everything is clearly described in the contract that you get when ensured. My advice is to read everything you sign before posting angry comments. Cheers guys. I'm English and staying in Valencia for a month. I had an existing condition I needed to see a doctor about. After doing some searches on google it was noted that this centre had an English speaking doctor. There are some bad reviews on here for this place but I must share that my visit to here was excellent. The ladies on the front desk were so welcoming, put me at ease and even made me laugh. Even though I didn't speak Spanish they spoke more than enough English to get me booked in for an appointment. I was seen within 20mins which was excellent. The doctor even though he didn't speak much English we used google translate, he was very friendly and incredibly patient. I was prescribed some medication and was on my way in just under and hour. Highly recommended.
Dont use sanitas insurance if you have copayment, for one appointment to one doctor you will pay 3 times or more, like you had visited many doctors with many appointments, it is total disaster, they will take as much money as possible from you.
The service is horrible. I am coming to this center 3 years. I really liked service and doctors. But now I am ill and I have to do some kind of operation. As fast as possible. We made analysis and I asked at the reception to make it faster. They told me that it’s impossible. (Ok, fine, I understand) on the paper that they gave me was 28 of February. I came 2 of March and they told me that they didn’t have it and in laboratory told that they didn’t finish it. So I had to wait 15 minutos more to get it. And I was late to my doctor. Why when somebody ask to do it more faster ( if you can’t do it) the stuff can’t do at time, at list. I am going to change center. Its really pity that service goes down. Because 2-3 years ago it was the best medical center
Expensive, slow and a service not worthy of even the public sector. The general doctor here was awful, spent three minutes with me and charged 40. At the end of her consultation, she decided that I needed an ecography, costing another 60. So 100 for an inspection of a finger. However I will say that the specialist doctors were always great, but perhaps it is because I am paying per consultation. Its funny how they miraculously always have a specialist doctor available when I mention that I don't have insurance, the normal waiting period can be up to 6 weeks. My final comment is that the specialist doctors are good and the price for insurance is about average. I will not return to this company.
