Great health clinic. Modern, effective and good care is given to the patient. I made my appointments in person at the reception.

I should have received my test results after 4 days. When I did not receive them, they told me they would contact me after 7/8 days. It has been 10 days now and I still have not received any news. Moreover, nobody has been answering the telephone for two days. Horrible follow-up service!

They don't answe on the phone. The web crashes all the time to ask for date. I am from Sant Cugat and I have to go specifically to Barcelona for a date and then another day for the appointment. I tried several days really is very hard to work like that. Administration must work better here...
