They are in truly minimal staff in both medical centers because, regardless if you call to make an appointment using the numbers from Barcelona or Premià de Mar, after several rings, some sort of call management system redirects you to a mobile number answered by either a drunk or a truly heavy smoker very difficult to understand in Spanish, which is my native tongue by the way. This person really needs to at least Google “Customer Service” and understand he is the frontal contact for potential new customers for these private medical centers. So, in short, called the Barcelona phone number, the guy answered saying something about Cemediq, I explained that needed an appointment with a specific specialist and provides me options, I chose and he confirms the doctor name, date and hour. I showed up 15 minutes before the appointment and see the center completely closed. I called again and answered the same guy from a week ago and gets angry because I was supposed to be in Premià, which is a 2 hour trip from Barcelona by train and insisted it was my fault because he always answers the phone saying Cemediq Premià, which clearly I didn’t get because of the quality of the redirected call and his complicated voice. I had an argument because if they know there is only this one guy answering the phone from any incoming calls regardless of the related center, to avoid confusion, frustration and even the time and transportation of the poor doctor from Premià, they should verbally confirm the appointment with the center name and address and explain there is more than one. I already have an appointment in another private medical center and will never try to use their services ever again.

No lo recomiendo. Te cancelan la cita a última hora, por whatsapp y ni siquiera justifican el motivo. La recepcionista es poco profesional y brinda un servicio deficiente.

Atención al cliente pésima, no cogen el teléfono nunca, la única vez que me lo cogieron parecía que estaba atendiendo la llamada desde su casa... cero profesionalidad, huid!

Tras una semana de llamadas nunca llegaron ni a coger el teléfono así que decidí ir a otro centro médico. Hace un año conseguí ir una sola vez y tuve una experiencia correcta.

Atencion pesima. Ponen horario de 9-13 durante mañana y no hay nadie porque el chico que trabaja por la mañana seguramemte coge su cafe hasta 9:30. Habiamos mucha gente esperando a las 9h, llamando al numero que aperece en su pagina web pero nadie esta capaz de decirte algo. El chico al final aparezca, despues de 30 min y encima dice que la otra persona de extraccion se marcho ya y que no se por que se marcho tan temprano porque supuestamente deberia estar hasta las 10h. El empleado responda como que le da igual. Me parece muy mal porque es una clinica privada en donde deberian lucharse por obtener los clientes, pero es lo contrario. Ya perdisteis uno y recomiendo a toda la gente que quiere ahorrar su tiempo para buscar otras clinicas mas profesionales que esta.
