Nice second hand place in Malaga

Absolutely shocking customer support. Ordered a secondhand laptop on 13th of March 2020 to be sent to Marbella. After 4 days I did not hear anything from them so emailed them several times via ticket system over the course of a few days asking where the item was, and I received no response. Total silence. Then on the 25th of March I get an email saying its been sent and they sent me a tracking number and when I check the tracking number on correos, it shows the item was sent to correos on 17th of march with a delivery date of 19th of March. Not very helpful to me at all. Now I have to spend time phoning coreos finding out where the package is.

He comprado un artículo en la tienda online de cash converters en ebay, enviado desde esta tienda. El artículo ha llegado en mal estado, e incluso suponiendo un riesgo su uso. Estoy intentando contactar con ellos desde el 24 de nov., estamos a 27 de nov. y no han respondido.
