Magnífico edificio modernista, muy bien restaurado, pero al encontrarse en una calle, muy, muy estrecha apenas tienes perspectiva para verla correctamente. Eso si se aprecian muy bien todos sus detalles decorativos.
Principis segle XX.Una joia del modernisme en la ciutat. Obra de l'arquitecte Joan Roca Pinet. A peu de carrer es veuen els detalls d'aquesta vivenda, però la millor perspectiva es des de la muralla. Edifici inventariat com a Patrimoni Cultural de la Generalitat de Catalunya
