This is my second time to stay at the Casa Luis. It is a family run business and many of the staff have been there between 10 and 24 years which says a lot about how they run their business if staff stay that long. The reception is located in the newest block where they have refurbished rooms which are lovely and bright and my room was just over reception and I had an excellent view of the whole complex. There are 3 pools at ground level, one of these being a kiddies pool but a very good kiddies pool and a 4th pool on the roof of the new block which is adults only. The sunbeds are comfortable and communal areas always clean. The staff from the owner Luis and his son Rob to Marga and her team on reception/front of house and the bar and waiting staff Julie, Ross and their team everyone always tried to be as helpful as possible and a really friendly bunch of people who always greeted you with a smile. If you like your English breakfast or choice of other breakfasts in the morning it is well worth adding this to your holiday and it is served to you, not buffet, from 9 til 12 in the mornings which was always a nice way to start your day.Restaurant always had a good lots of guests eating there in the evening as they have different entertainment in the evenings and a kiddies club run by Maria who is always smiling. It is about a 10 minute walk to the marina which is stunning and another 7 minutes to the beach and where you will also find some amazing restaurants. Their is a bus stop 1 minute walk out of the hotel if you fancy heading to a different resort/beach for the day. The Casa Luis is value for money in comparison to some of their neighbours and a lot of their customers are repeat guests. They know their target market hence why they always fully booked. Very friendly and welcoming nothing is too much nice location and staff are lovely like a big family and Luis was awesome very hands on will be returning soon so nice can't praise them enough we had room 34L it was huge for our family of 5 and great view over the pool and complex. Nice touch with adult only pool xx
Hi just arrived here yesterday and staying in the self catering studio. Which caters for two people. The room - is a bit dated and in need of a refurbishment. We arrived and the bed configuration is two single beds. So we had to push them together to make a double. There were a few things that didn't work in the room like the iron, hairdryer and sink tap. We compalianed in he morning and when we came back at lunch. They had all been replaced with new ones. So very impressed. You have to pay a 20euro deposit for the TV remote which you get back when you return it. You also need to pay to use the safe but not sure how much. The crockery and cutlery is provided but no dish cloth or fairy liquid. So bring some with you. There are two bath towels and two hand towels provided in the room but no soap or shampoos. The complex has 4 pools. There is a roof top adult only pool on the new complex and it has amazing views with a shower also. I have included some pics. There is an amazing kids pool area with a park. Then there is a large adaut and kids pool beside the bar and restaurant. Then another pool beside the new building. So plenty of pool areas and lounges to use. There is local entertainment each night but not experienced this yet but think it will be basic. It is peaceful and pleasent here and so far really enjoying a relaxing time. We came for 7 nights on the 13th April 2019 and only paid 202 for the two of us for the accommodation only self catering. So to be honest I am well empressed for the money for what you get. The location is great also as about a 15 min walk to the centre. I would recommend it and would return.
Great hotel, simple rooms, very peaceful family hotel, good food, great little pools for kids etc, location is 10 mins walk to supermarket and the shore, or 20 mins to marina snd beach! Would visit again!
This is a great wee place there are four blocks in this complex it is very clean and not far from the centre of euralia it is a family owned place and everyone is very friendly it is worth paying an extra 80 for a room upgrade if possible the balcony is huge I would definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone and good for kids
Great holiday apartments for a family holiday. Nice secluded beach and supermarket nearby. Good half board food option. Friendly staff. 10mins walk to centre of town so nice and quiet. Have been twice in late season and really enjoyed our stay.
Nice place for people with children.. if you need to get around hire a car
Wonderful holiday. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Lovely food. Fabulous rooftop pool area. Great cocktails. Love this place. Second time I've been and will definitely come again.
