Having delivered a MACBOOK laptop that needed a keyboard change to the shop on Friday(we provided the UK keyboard) Nacho told me that the work would be scheduled for the following week. On Sunday we found out that we had to fly back to the UK on Tuesday. I left an email for Nacho to explain our situation, he changed the job priority and had the work finished for this morning Monday 27-5-19. What a star. A professional, polite man who thinks outside the box. When talking to 2 English people(he is totally Spanish speaking), he pulled up google translate window and using his fast typing enabled us to understand and be understood during our conversation. I would definitely recommend this shop for PC,MAC,Tablet repairs. Total price for our job was 75.
The proprietor at this repair shop is EXCELLENT !!! He spent 45 minutes diagnosing what turned out to be a faulty connector in the power circuitry of an old SONY laptop that I could not start. I had spent \u003e20 hours totally disassembling this machine which I know 'inside & out' !!! However, he meticulously followed the circuitry thru the mother board and discovered the problem. It (SONY VAIO VPCF115FM - w/Win7 Pro; 64-bit; 2 TB drive; etc) started back up [I'm here in Cartagena, Spain & would have been 'stranded' b/c I foolishly had NOT backed up train/plane/lodging/etc reservations to my other machine ! ] and now runs PERFECTLY again !! I've been in this idiotic business [computers] \u003e40 yrs and this guy is WONDERFUL !!!!! His name is 'Nacho' -- yeah; I know !!! THANK U Nacho !!! 03-08-2019
Empecé a trabajar con ellos hace ya bastante tiempo y siempre nos han atendido muy bien, muy profesinales y me han solucionado los problemas con el ordenador, con los tf móviles y otros.... Muchas gracias.
