Beautiful architecture inside and out. Such a peaceful place to visit. And lovely street cafes and restaurants nearby as well.

Nice place to visit, quite extensive, lots of nice artefacts inside and also a must see is the black madonna. Best time to visit is Easter or around Christmas as there are parades and lots to see and do especially if you take the kids. Nice cafes and restaurants at one side of the square or you can visit and walk through the towns shops. If you use public transport it's a 20mins walk down hill to the square from the main road, or choose a chartered tour that calls into the town.

The view is amazing! I recommend going when the sun is setting down. Also nearby you can visit a beach with completely black sand

Went at the end of November and even though it was busy, it wasn't overly crowded. It's easy to find from the motorway but to find parking can be a struggle. I parked about 15 minutes away and didn't realize it bhoy the walk to the Basilica was more strenuous than I thought. With the slopes and stairs. The Basilica is situated along the sea which is great for photos. There are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants in the area for a quick snack, coffee, or a fulfilling meal.

The basilica is really pretty, has some historical paintings inside with explanations in Spanish of what's being shown in these pictures.Beautiful scenery, a lot of people don't know but walking past the basilica you can actually enter the cave inside of the rock wich is interesting experience too.
