Only one sales person in the store, the lady didn’t even say hello when I entered. I looked around for 10 min and left. Horrible service.

0/5 stars. Unbelievably terrible service. The store owner did not allow me to try on more than one item in my size. She became quite angry when I politely suggested (in Spanish) that I would like to try on items before I buy for them. She literally grabbed the two sports bras I wanted to try on out of my hands saying I could not 'try on the whole store' and then continued to yell at me as I left. I have never experienced such rude and unacceptable behaviour in a shop before this. This store carries 'cheaper' brand name underwear. In reality, the cost is about 1 or 2 euros less than large department stores like Corte Ingles or legitimate Calvin Klein stores. I would recommend that if you are looking for Calvin Klein products to go straight to the source, where they value their customers and have properly trained service staff, rather than having to deal with this aggressively unpleasant lady who has a large chip on her shoulder.

Un exemple de com atendre malament al client. Poc representatiu de la marca. Botiga mini amb poc producte. He hagut d’anar tres vegades i les tres he estat mal atès. No queda altre remei si vols aquesta marca.
