We made a house purchase in Fuerteventura: the process has coincided with the Coronavirus Crisis. The only things we can report about Caleta Property Services are all positive. First of all, as non Spanish speakers it was excellent that Julien (Estate Agent) and Adriana (Solicitor) were fluent English speakers and English was understood widely including at Reception - and it was useful to have the Estate Agency and the Solicitor co located. We had every step and next step of the purchase process explained to us along with costs and charges advised (in advance). There were no hidden extras at the end. If I had to summarize my experiences in 3 words I would say, Helpful, Courteous and Honest. D Lennox
