Amazing car rental company! Rented the car online, good rates and insurance, no ridiculous excess rates and else. Staff professional, dropped the car and quickly replied to emails to help amend the booking and bring the car to a different location. Also was offered an extra upgrade for free! Would definitely use again in the future!

A little pricier than the big companies, but in paying that few quid more you're helping a genuine family business. Cars are passed over without a full tank, this can be problematic if you're just getting to grips with the roads etc (I received mine with nust 25km in tank). It is something I think they should change, full to full would be better. The proprietors are lovely people, very friendly and collected me from, and returned me to my villa with no problems.

We rented online a Peugeot 2008 automatic from Vima, delivered to our hotel in Cala Santanyi. Pedro was a nice guy and the process was all very simple and efficient. Car was great, price was great including no excess insurance, and car included Gps as an added bonus at no extra cost. Highly recommended if you want to hire a car in this region of Majorca. Cheers!

I visit Mallorca approximate twice every year. When I need a car I always use Vima. No hassle with annoying salespersons who try to sell you useless insurances etc. Just good service and affordable prices.

They do not rent a car if one do not have an address on Mallorca! And I am traveling around Mallorca by boat :/. Second that on web they show 40 if car is returned next day in the morning but in the office they’re „sorry but 80”.
