Beware....I ordered a samsung TV on 9th April, that was advertised as in stock. 6 WEEKS later, still no TV ! Communication terrible, very hard to get a response.... still waiting........UPDATE - TV arrived 5th June, over 2 months from ordering. Great TV, not great seller

He fet vàries compres, tot perfecte i ràpids. Posen força voluntat a l’hora de resoldre qualsevol dubte. Tenen bons preus. Una nevera Smeg em va arrivar amb una marca, no és del transport ja que l’embalatge estava perfecte, suposo que és de fàbrica, però pel tema covid no em van muntar la cuina i no l’he muntat fins ara que és quan m’he n’he adonat i se m’ha passat el plaç de reclamació. Recomano que reviseu els vostres productes abans de 48 hores. Però dir també que tot i haver passat el plaç pel canvi d’una campana comprada per error, s’ofereixen a canviar-me-la per una més adequada a la meva cuina. Els recomano!

Hola, compré una televisión en esta tienda en el Black Friday. Aparecía como que la tenían en stock y aún así, me puse en contacto con ellos para confirmar que así era. Me confirmaron por email muy rápidamente y efectué el pedido. La televisión llegó a casa el día indicado sin ningún tipo de demora ni problema. Me hicieron llegar la factura a mi email y todo perfecto.
