We stayed at Casa de la Luz more than once, and we always had a great time at Casa de la Luz in Bubion. The area is great, the owners are very friendly and always doing their utmost to make your stay a very enjoyable one. So, please come and check for yourself how great this place is! Just a note from us supporting local and small businesses: when not booking directly with the owners, please be loyal when booking through agencies for special holiday weekends. This small, great and fantastic small holiday homes are 'gems' in the travel business. So when booking with in the back of your mind to cancel shortly before such a special weekend, you are not doing a favor a) to yourself (missing this great place), b) the owners and c) another family looking for this great place.

Excellent apartment in Bubion with good views and very friendly owners. We had a nice holiday and enjoyed good food in the restaurants in the area. We will come back some other time. I recommend it to everyone! Greetings from Holland
We had bad weather, but could make like five small excursions in between the showers. Nice place to start from and spend the rest of the time playing games at the fireplace. Nice restaurants directly in the environment and shop a few steps away. Wonderful views.
Hola hemos pasado un estupendo fin de semana en Casa de la Luz en Bubion, nos ha gustado mucho la decoración y buen gusto que tiene esta casa y se nota el cariño que le han puesto sus propietarios, sin duda de las mejores del pueblo con su calefacción central y su chimenea que nos regalaron una caja de leña. Puedo afirmar que los propietarios son unos anfitriones estupendos, y lo que es una lastima son los comentarios que han puesto algunas personas, que ni siquiera se han alojado en la casa. Estos comentarios no hacen justicia a lo que se encuentra el viajero, un sitio ideal y muy recomendable para conocer la Alpujarra y disfrutarla. Muchas gracias a Janny y Manuel por vuestras atenciones.
Estuve con dos amigos en octubre del año pasado. La falta de tiempo y la pereza me han hecho esperar hasta hoy para escribir. La casa es pequeña pero coqueta, con una terraza fantástica para ver atardecer. Los dueños además nos ayudaron mucho, asesorandonos sobre todo para nuestra excursión a Granada capital (como llegar, donde aparcar y comer...). Gracias por todo. Una estancia maravillosa
