Randomly in the middle of the night I get to know my flight is cancelled for the morning to London Heathrow where I'm supposed to transit to another flight later. Their call centers aren't working now, even their website's manage booking or web check-in refuses to work and shows an error that I go to the airport and talk to the office there. Horrible automated help line responses. During the pandemic when I'm trying to reach my family due to a medical emergency as my father has been hospitalized, I expected a little better from their part. Now I have to wait until the morning just 2 hours before the flight and who knows what I'll get. My future connecting flights will also get missed due to this one.

Well, it wasn’t the worst, or the best. I booked a round trip, and the first trip (BA 104) wasn’t great. It was horribly uncomfortable, and the food on the airplane wasn’t so good, and they offered drinks once. On the trip back (BA 115), the food was much better, and they offered us drinks many times, gave out juice and water, and offered tea and coffee. It was much more comfortable, and we were better fed.
As the Spanish say, Ja ja ja ja ja ja. How ironic is it that this useless airline is run by the Spanish from Madrid.
Regrettable. Last time, my connection in London was delayed more than 4 hours was delayed. But they didnt accept the indemnization as per the european law. The previous time i flew with them a kid non stopped kicking my seat. The only solution by the flight attendant was to move me separated from my couple instead of removing the parent with the kid somewhere without seat in front. Then, when i complained they asked me to fill the rating in their web site which was apparently for nothing... No solutions, only apologizes. Punctuality over rated. Not recommended
