The staff looked nice and friendly at the beginning, but after choosing a dress, I told them that I need 2 days to think before making any reservation but they kept insisting so much on paying 100 to reserve the dress and I did at the end. At the same day, I found exactly the same dress at another shop for 638 less!! I talked to them directly and no answer at all from their part and of course they didn’t return the 100. Totally scam and unprofessional and be careful because their prices are not published anywhere and no tags on the dresses at the shop so you never know the real price!!

I did not want to post this first but I have to. The experience I had with this shop was terrible. I selected the dress more than one year in advance to my actual wedding date. At my first dress fitting (approximately 3 months before the wedding) they told me I was far too early, rushed a lot with everything and I left the store absolutely unhappy and insecure that I actually made the right choice (which I thought was normal after seeing your dress about a year later). During this first dress fitting meeting they told me only one more dress fitting was missing, on the third session i could take it home! This turned out to be a nightmare. I had more than 6 dress fitting dates because they never actually made the changes as agreed with the result that my dress was not done until 20 hours before my wedding date. Even by then it was not changed the way it should but we had no more time for any other adjustment (we were supposed to be out of town and my family arrived and I had to keep them waiting). I would not recommend this store to anyone who wishes not to have an absolutely nerve breaking experience. I am very sad to say this but seeing my wedding pictures now and my dress with this huge wrinkle that they were supposed to fix makes me very angry. Luckily, all that counts on your wedding is the people you are with and you shouldn’t care about anything else, but these people are incredibly unprofessional. Each time different people were in the store and they blamed each other for not communicating things well. Some people would inherit their dresses to their daughters one day, but All I think about is to use this dress as “Zombie Bride” this year’s Halloween and destroy it. I can’t wait for it!

Very good service, personalised and very helpful because I had no idea what cut I wanted, and they got all out sorts for me to try on! Really recommend a visit!
No sólo el sitio es perfecto, sinó que las chicas son encantadoras y tienen un ojo increíble para enseñarte el vestido ideal. Yo he acabado con uno que jamás hubiera imaginado y con el que no podría verme más guapa. Y es muy meritorio porque ya no tengo 20 años y mis medidas se salen completamente de los estándares. Y es que esa es otra: seas como seas, seguro que tienen el vestido para ti.
Maravilloso EL Lugar, así como la atención de sus asesoras. La calidez con la que te reciben, la paciencia y el nivel de profesionalismo es impecable! Realmente super recomendable a todas las novias, sin duda.. Una experiencia increíble! ️️️
