Unfriendly service and dubious advice. According to the business owner's own statement, she sets her prices according to the Rapaport Index. According to this index, my stone (0.51ct, color: F, clarity: SI1, cut: Pear) officially has a value of over 1000, but according to Oro Silver it has a value of 170. The diamonds shown by me were first of all called synthetic without test and without magnifying glass. Besides, she dealt very carelessly with my jewellery. The tools of this business are obviously outdated and therefore unreliable. The shop and the shop owner do not inspire the slightest trust. I don't recommend Oro Silver in Boadilla to anyone who has diamonds and wants to do serious business. Scandal!
