Probably my favourite BMW dealership. Just the right size. Not too big and always with a personal touch to everything they do. Nice to have a coffee while the car's being serviced. Excellent!
More faults on it when left Started with auto stop start warning light on, took it in for repair told it was the battery so a new one was fitted. This did not cure the fault, also the interior map lights were not working this is was replaced and worked but the auto stop start light was still on I was then told it was a faulty sensor so will be an extra cost. The windscreen washer bottle was topped up by the dealer. that stopped working had to get a new pump, Start Stop still not working, this will cost another 175. So far it has cost me Approx 900.Very Expensive and the fault has not been dealt with.
In my opinion, the offered service leaves to desires! I wanted to make a new key and had forgotten parts of the papers in the car. When I stood 30 seconds later again at the spare parts counter the staff was no longer there (maybe in the break). I was there on 07th December 2016 to change my rear light. Arrival 18:00. Outside I read, spare parts counter until 18:15 and sale until 20:00, but at 18:00 the door was shot and no man there. I've been driving BMW for more than 30 years. I love cars and have only from BMW now two BMW convertibles and a Mini. But BMW Service in Germany is quite different (from the BMW Service Mobil to customer friendliness). I try again tomorrow and have only very little hope. Unfortunately, this experience with this BMW dealer is not the first one that has not gone well. Two years ago my BMW 320D Touring was broken. Bad it was one day before the return journey and I had really a time problem. Despite calling my insurance, I was given a repair appointment only 4 days later. I have it repaired in a small workshop, which recognized my need and started the next day with the repair. O/K even this took time and my Family has to fly home. I don’t know for sure but I think n Germany will be more help for Tourists on the way.
Can't fault the place really I know others have had Issues but I took my 2009 m3 for a service and it was great.
Took my Beemer in for a pre it v ; well worth the money ; car always passes ; they've been servicing my car for the last ten years; PERFECTO !
Not happy that we spend money on a New BMW but when we come back for the paperwork we have to wait more than half hour with only one person working. Not the service i accept from BMW. Garage is great though.
Always go there for maintenance of my car. So I think I may call myself "client" 2nd time I have to fix something on my car and 2 times they tell me the car will be ready on friday bit on the end the car is not ready at all. Told them as well that I have to travel on tuesday morning the day I brought the car. But nobody seems to care. They just don't keep their word. From a BMW dealer you can expect a little better service if you ask me.
