We took a family trip to go snorkeling with Blue Explorers at playa Abades. We got lost a bit on our way there but the staff was super friendly and we were still able to attend our morning session even though we were about 15min late. Our instructor was great and made it fun for the adults and our teenage kids. After they took the group out to several different spots they also allowed us to stay and snorkel as long as we’d like. We booked a half day tour and that was plenty of time! We saw tons of fish (lots of octopus hiding in the reefs!) and our son even spied some stingrays. We booked our tickets through Getyourguide which made it super easy. The price is very affordable and was definitely well worth it! I highly recommend booking with Blue Explorers. If we ever make it back again we are for sure booking a scuba diving trip!

For our vacation to Tenerife my fiancé really wanted to take me diving in the coastal waters, not having any experience in the ocean I was a bit reluctant at first but decided to go ahead with it. It was one of the best decisions in my life, back in 2010 due to other priorities in my life I never managed to get my scuba certification, so when Cindy offered to take me diving a second day so I could actually get my certification I was absolutely thrilled. Blue Explorers is a fantastic diving centre where the instructors take the time to patiently show you step by step how to properly dive, both my fiancé and myself were very thrilled with the time Cindy took to calmly explain procedures both outside and inside the water. Right next to Blue Explorers their home base are some restaurants and cafes that serve good food with very nice people running them, it was nice to take a break after the snorkeling, eat something and go straight back to diving after the other group came back. Highly recommend this diving centre! Cindy I wish you and Blue Explorers the best in the coming months and I hope the tourism recovers, we’re definitely coming back to continue the next part of the course in the future! Thanks so much!

Hi Cindy and your lovely teammates we had a great time at your diving center and enjoyed the course for the open water diving license pretty much. We were well educated by your team and felt quite supported all the time. We can't wait for the 2 remaining dives to get the license. We now have a new passion in our family. Absolutely incredible experience here without a single bad word to say. Staff were so friendly and supportive and went above and beyond in multiple ways. Fantastic at making you feel comfortable while both snorkeling and diving. They love what they do and it really shows. Professional equipment. Incredible spot and training. All in all an overwhelmingly positive experience with some of the nicest and friendliest people, shout-out to Dave especially! Great value for money and a must if you're in Tenerife, no matter what part of the island. 5 stars, will definitely be back if I'm ever in Tenerife again, an experience I'll never forget.
