La peor experiencia que jamás he tenido comprando regarlos para navidad. Pague para una entrega de 2 días, y ha tardado 28 en llegar. Llame a Hunkemoller y UPS como 50 veces, mas correos que intercambie con UPS, Hunkemoller te ofrece contacto desde su web, WhatsApp, y Facebook Messenger, y si no les pillas por teléfono no te contestan nada. Muy lamentable el servicio. He comprado unas cuantas cosas ahí durante los años, pero no vuelvo a ser cliente. No estamos hablando de prendas del mercadillo, pagas el nombre, y el diseño, por lo cual deberían prestar mejor servicio al cliente. Worst Christmas buying experience ever. I paid for two day shipping and it took 28 days to get to my house. I called Hunkemoller and UPS in the neighborhood of 50 times. I also exchanged emails with UPS. Hunkemoller might as well get rid of their contact page on the web. They offer the ability to write them via a web portal, Whatsapp and Facebook Messenger. Don't waste your time because they don't reply unless you can get them on the phone. And in order to get a rep on the phone it takes at least half an hour of wait time. The items they sell aren't cheap, I get it, you're paying for the brand name, and the design, but the service is lackluster, and does not match the image they are trying to portray. I've been a long time customer, buying items over the web, and in store, but this will be my last purchase.

La mejor tienda de lencería que he pisado. Atención super personalizada. A pesar de haber más gente en la tienda, Débora estuvo muy atenta y muy amable en todo momento asesorándome y me llevé todo lo que andaba buscando. Muchísisisima variedad de productos y todo precioso. Volveré seguro.

Llevaba tiempo loca porque no daba con la talla y modelo de sujetador apropiado para mi. La chica que me atendió un encanto, super paciente y dedicada, y eso que hubo un momento que se lleno la tienda y estaba sola. Aún así no dejo de atender a todo el mundo con su mejor sonrisa y profesionalidad. Creo q se llamaba Vanesa. Ya no cambiaré de tienda y marca en mucho tiempo. Más profesionales como esta chica por favor. Aún así, su compañera que entró después me pareció del estilo. La calidad del producto por ahora me parece genial.
