I bought a Rolex GMT at chronoexpert.com on August 04, 2020. The price was 15.750,00 EURO. The whole transaction is a huge disappiontment and, in my current assessment, a fraud. I summarize: They sold me a watch and described it as in very good condition although it isn‘t. They guaranteed the bracelet is complete but it isn‘t. They promised me to send the three missing links but they didn‘t. I received a confirmation mail on September 22, 2020 and afterwards never heard from them. Update, 29.12.2020 After I made my opinion about their „customer service“ public, they asked me to modify my reviews and I promised to do so if they send me the missing links. I also asked, when this will happen. They didn‘t answer since then and I will now take legal action against them. I WOULD NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN!

As many of you reading this review will feel, I too was a little nervous at purchasing an expensive watch from a company I googled, knowing very little about them. Yes I did my due diligence but you just never know. No need to have worried. The guys were so professional. Their quick response to questions made me feel reassured, everything happened as they said and my beautiful watch arrived within 5 days of making contact.
