Definitely the place to go when you want to practice Bikram Yoga in Madrid. People are extremely nice and helpful. The teachers are amazing; I have had the opportunity to be in class with five of them and they are all great. Learned a lot from all of them. The place is fun and upbeat and I recommend it completely. And they speak english which is an added benefit.

Warning! This is not the original Bikram Yoga and the teacher training is not by Bikram Choudhry or authorised by him. If I go to a Bikram Yoga Studio I expect it to be run by Bikram trained and authorised teachers, otherwise it's just not the real thing. I find it sad that others basically plagiarize and essentially use the Bikram name to mislead and make money from his established system. I did have a call from a somewhat aggressive salesman for the teacher training last year trying to argue the justification, but at the end of the day, if it's not Bikram Yoga, why have Bikram in your name! ;-)
