I needed to hire a bike because I was coming on a cycling holiday to the area. Biciterraneo seemed a good option as it was close to the hotel and the website was informative. I emailed and Marc patiently replied to all my questions regarding a carbon frame and disc or rim brakes. They had a bike in my size but it wasn’t a ladies specific bike but it had a carbon frame and the price was good so I booked it. The day before we were due to arrive I received an email from Marc letting me know that they had sourced a Liv ladies bike for me! With a few adjustments it was ready to go and it was amazing! Far better than my bike at home. The mechanic at the shop was also really helpful putting on a new tyre after one had been shredded after a cable rubbed on it during a ride and making an adjustment to another bike without charging. The guys in the shop were very knowledgeable and always had time to chat through things when we went in there. Just something to note, the brake levers are the other way around on the bikes in Spain, but it didn’t take me long to work out which was which! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Biciterraneo their knowledge and customer service were brilliant.

Don’t look at the negative advise, it’s just the jealousy of competitors. Those advise are placed trough people that are not customers . Great service ! Great bikes and prices . Best recommended bike shop. You won’t be disappointed. Trust me !!
