Incredibly disappointed. I reserved a bike for a holiday that was cancelled (Covid) and provided FULL notice as required to return my deposit - which was acknowledged and I was told I would receive the deposit back - but not paid it back over 2 months later... appreciate times are tough but that goes for everyone. And this is nothing short of theft.

Awesome service. Dropped bike off at hotel. Gave us track pump to borrow. Bikes were great quality at a good price (Giant Advanced TCR with Di2). Then picked up at hotel after we left.
