We rented 2 citybikes for a trip in the mountains for some days and the lady in the shop was very helpfull and supplied us with maps with suggestions of routes - her english was very good. The bikes were in good shape, working good and the price was good as well.. When we finished our trip, we called Bike Cambrils and got pick up of the bikes for free - excellent service. Bicicletes en mal estat de manteniment. Ho sento pel personal, que és servicial, però vam haver de pagar el preu d'una hora només per constatar en dues ocasions que les bicis no són fiables i que no arribaríem lluny.
Bicis amb mal manteniment. No són fiables. Personal és amable.
La rusa que atiende la oficina de plaza de Salou nos ha atendido de muy malas formas al dejar la bici por no haber llevado el recibí (cosa que en ningún momento se nos informó que había que llevar a la entrega) todo por no querer perder 20 segundos (literal lo que ha tardado) en buscar mi ficha y no tenerlo informatizado.
