Disappointed with Beni Connect. Flight from Middle East got cancelled early hours this morning due to bad weather, phoned them straight away (17 hours before arrival) to say I would be delayed 20 hours, so they say I need to rebook and pay another 100 euros as it’s less than 24 hours notice. ( Beni connect sorry I couldn’t predict bad weather and flight cancellation earlier). I Tell them that is a rip off so now they phone me to say they can do it for an additional 50 euro. Won’t be using them again, you would think during these hard times with COVID they would look after the customers who use them all year,so their loss won’t ever use them again.
