I needed a scooter for the last three days in Benidorm as I have a heart condition. Was supplied a fairly decrepit untidy scooter that had very little power and broke down in the middle of the road after an hour. Had to push it to an area off the road. Called the shop several times, no answer. Gave up calling at 10.00pm. Spoke to the shop the next day and was told a replacement would be brought out. Heard nothing. Eventually got hold of the shop owner who said that the scooter had been stolen. But he would call me. He didn't and wouldn't answer the phone. I never did get a scooter and so far have not had a penny of my 40 back. Don't touch this outfit with a barge pole. Update. The shop owner blamed me for the theft of the scooter. Claimed that I should have put it in a secure location. Mmm, now how was I supposed to do that? Refused to refund the payment for the absolutely no service but condescended to give me my deposit back. Fact is, I paid for nothing. The man is a thief and a shyster and took advantage of a disabled man.

If I could rate less I would,the scooters are relics from the 90's..my wifes scooter broke down crossing the ave.m editeraneo. The owner is from Northern Ireland,and can only be described as a bigot,he does airport pick ups and drop offs,so we had organised with him to collect my son and his girlfriend from alicante airport. Needless to say he didn't turn up and we got no answer to our calls and texts,we did however see that he had been on our Facebook pages because he had inadvertently liked a picture of my son and his friends wearing Celtic and rangers tops,he then must have realised my son was a Celtic fan and decided to leave him standing at the airport. All in all not a decent guy or company to do business with.
We hired 2 scooters from ada the service was brilliant they brought scooters to the hotel then collected them at the end of our holiday I would certainly recommend this firm we had no trouble at all.we will definitely use them again.Thank you ADA To hotel The
Friendly and helpful and cheap hire. Not the best looking scooters but it is reflected in the price. I had a problem and called and they sorted it without a problem.
