Bad personal experience. Not returned 2 months worth deposit 6 months after move out, claiming need to refurbish wear and tear after 2 years long term rent. 6 months didn't transfer bills water and electricity, just replying on email that it is done and it just last month charge from my account. I understand one or another of those, but all together is just weird. Maybe just because i was not a big customer. And again it is just my personal experience/opinion. Spain is great, but you need be alert and check things yourself.
