German bar and restaurant, with a comfortable outdoor seating, in a lovely, quiet shaded square, near the university. Fast and polite service, with waiters that actually smile at you. Great variety of beers to choose from, also wines and soft drinks. You might find fish and seafood dishes, but the highlight of the cuisine is meat: sausages, pork, home made burger, accompanied with potato puree or French fries, but we suggest you to pay a bit extra and try the Beerland potatoes, which are delicious. Good selection of home made desserts, personal favourite the almond ice with hot chocolate!

We went there at 6.30 pm and there was nothing to eat although it was open. Instead of bringing a beer menu, the man asked what we wanted to drink. He didn't have any idea about the beer names.
