Flying into Madrid from the US on a European trip, I had several emails with Alberto to ensure everything was flawless. Alberto was very timely with his responses (taking the 9 hour time difference into account) and always with perfect detail. Picking up the bike (my wife rented some gear) was very easy. After the requisite paperwork was complete, we went over the bike to note any existing damage, discussed the controls and operations of the bike. The bike was in perfect condition and it was a dream to ride. I had one self-inflicted issue on our trip, but Alberto rose to the occasion and got me going again the same day. Other than that single issue, the bike rode flawlessly. Turning in the bike after a week we just as painless. Overall, the customer service is as spectacular as the bikes themselves. If I have an opportunity to ride in Spain again, I won't even bother looking anywhere else.

Alberto and his staff got everything just right. The ease of pickup and return were super. Of course the BMW 1200gs made for the best 1400 kilometers ever. Alberto got back to questions very fast, even with a 6 hour time difference. We made an error on the scheduled drop off. We were meet by someone the next morning. He coordinated this from a tour in Morocco. This is the way to travel as it allows you to be very intimate with your surroundings. If your in Spain grab a bike from them. It will exceed your expectations.
Excellent bikes and really good service. The guys from Beebiker are polite and everything is taken care of. The bikes were new with very low mileage. Central location in Madrid, so pick up and drop off is very simple. Overall - Super recommended, will surely repeat soon! THANKS!
The Beebiker Morocco tour exceeded our expectations in every way! Of all the trips we have taken, this was by far our favorite. The bikes were as advertised: new BMWs in perfect condition. Alberto diligently and promptly managed all the international details. The riding, sights, sounds, accommodations and food were awesome! But we agree that it was the Beebiker people, Alberto, Manuel and Teo, that truly made it special. We consider them our new biker friends and have already booked another tour with them next year. Highly recommended!!
