One of the best hairdresser salons of Cala d’or regarding both quality and price! I dyed my hair at home but didn’t get the color that i wanted, so I went in an asked for help. I was attended very professionally and given the right guidance. Today I walked out of there more than satisfied with my hair color (grey) that’s not an easy color to obtain, especially for a picky guy like me, but Raquel understood perfectly the shade that i wanted and she did it perfectly! I would recommend this saloon to anybody as far as the hairdressing goes. I even heard they have a professional barber, so I’m gonna check on that also and leave another post on that matter. Thank you!

I went in here because I broke a nail while on holiday. I had gel polish on my natural nails, but decided I would have gel nails instead for the strength. The girl soaked my nails in acetone but the gel polish did not come off. She then tried using an electric file with a carbide drill bit, which should only ever be used to de-bulk acrylic or gel, it never should be used near the natural nail or in the cuticle area (I am trained in acrylic application). I asked her to use an arbour band - she didn't know what that was! Then her mother took over to do the gel application, she did not ask me what shape I wanted and just proceeded to file them rounded. I explained I wanted almond shape - she looked at me blankly. I drew her a picture, she then filed a nail into a rough coffin shape. I ended up filing my own nails. The daughter then did a terrible job of putting gel polish on my nails, capping the free edge on some but not others, side walls not a straight line and gel polish on skin. Then I was charged 62 euro's which is a ridiculous price. I'm writing this in the middle of the night because I can't sleep thinking about it. It has totally ruined my holiday. Just to add... I was offered a full refund and for them to fix my nails, I took the refund and will fix my own nails when I get home. Changing my star rating from a 1 to a 3 in response.
Very kind to the public, very serious and responsible, very good prices and VERY good quality! Thanks to Nicole for the great massage she gave me and her mother for her haircut, a 10 hairdresser, congratulations !.
