We ordered aircon. They charged 20 to come and quote. When the units arrived they sprung on us that they had to.run tubes outside the flat on a main road- not allowed by our community rules. So we plan a smaller installation. They delay and delay. They wont give us a new quote for the different units. To.cut a very long month journey short, we went in for a refund and they faffed about and fobbed us off for 1 hour and 45 minutes!!! Not going back. They are SOOOOOOO disorganised!!
