Click and collect a disaster! Waited over an hour to collect in an ever lengthening queue. If you are going to.open during lockdown it needs to be more organised. Headless chickens. I shouldn't have bothered and waited until the shop.opened normally.

Jaime in sanitarios the bathroom section couldn’t have been more helpful and generous with his time. He spoke good English which really helped too. We had to place a large order for a bath toilets furniture shower trays etc and he was excellent with his advice and help. A credit to Bauhaus thank you

We have been good customers at this store, spending 1000’s of euros. But never again, their customer service is so bad it’s unbelievable. First we ordered an item, click and collect. The order is accepted. Several hours later, as arranged, we arrive to collect it. We are kept waiting at the desk for over an hour. Finally, they say they don’t have it. They don’t know when they’ll get it. Maybe 20 days, maybe not. Basically the don’t care. Next, we return an expensive garden chair. We have the receipt. The wooden seat had split after just three months. The chair, a recliner, had been used once and kept inside. They would not replace the faulty chair - because we didn’t have the box. Insanity - who keeps a box for the lifetime of an item??? This expensive wooden recliner lasted 3 months!!! So, if you want to be treated appallingly and buy poor quality items - go ahead and shop at Bauhaus. We’ll be giving our business to shops that actually care. :(
