We are used to rent bikes wherever we travel (all over Europe, Asia, United States, French Polynesia, etc). We had never found a bike rental store as good as Basque Epic. Excellent bikes and extremely friendly customer service. We asked for “what to do” / “where to go” and were given a wonderful itinerary! We were able to visit all main attractions including a bike tunnel that is supposed to be the longest in the world. If you are visiting San Sebastian, I highly recommend you rent a bicycle at this store and ask for suggestions on the routes to take based on the time you can spare. San Sebastian is a very friendly city with dedicated bike paths almost everywhere you go. Best rental bike store ever! Service couldn’t be more friendly. We really loved it!

Very nice place, the bikes are new, at reasonable price, you can rent for haf a day or a full day, they are open in Holidays days, the bikes come with lockers so you can lock almost anywhere, the owner is very friendly and speaks english fluently, also recomends you which rutes to take for nice sightseings and also can give you restaurant suggestions if you ask. We really enjoyed our day renting bikes at Basque Epic Bike store! We had a great time and we will go again with the for our next visit in San Sebastian!!!
Rented a mtb. Store was easy to find. I sent a request to reserve bike. They responded quickly. Very help full staff. Discussed routes in option. I will defiantly be coming back here. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Very impressed.
Helped us out on our cycle tour when we had to have a new wheel sent from England to his rental place. Very responsive to txt and email queries as we sorted our problem, then pointed us to Ciclos San Martial to get the wheel done. Great that his English is excellent.
