Outrageous treading of pregnant people The airline website says you need a \medical certificate confirming fitness to fly\ from the 28-35 week of pregnancy - what is perfectly fine. But in the airplane - the certificate provided - they force the women to sign a document that releases the company and it's partners from any kind of liabilities in every case! (Not just concerning the pregnancy) There is nothing about this in their conditions of carriage and its not right to do this - I don't know if it would hold anything in court. I guess if you don't sign, they refuse to transport. But as we were already in the air they could just make pressure with \we'll have to tell the captain\. Never sign anything you don't want to, and let nobody force you to do so or put pressure on you

Horrible airline. They keep sending offers...once you buy the ticket ....they cancel de flight afterwards. So far from 11 tickets 9 were cancelled. Very unreliable ...scary

I was a new customer, super happy to see they covered a really convienient destination. They cancelled 2 flights cancelled during the pandemic, and getting a refund has been impossible. Their phone line is only recordings, their complaint forms remain unanswered, their chat workers are only there for rebookings vouchers and not refunds. And at times all their contact methods are down to shut you out even more... Holding on to money when they haven't provided a service, in a time where people are struggling to pay rent, they're a disgrace! Id put a 0/5 if I could

My booking ref s44g4f Today i was just leaving from mykonos to athen. I waa the first one in the checkin row. I was already done and ready with print out of my online boarding pass. The clerk at counter 6 was so racist. She insisted that i dont take my carryon bag with me on the plane. When defended my right as i am entitled to take one carry on and one hand bag with total weight max 10 kg. The lady insisted that flight is full capacity. I noticed that she allowed all europeans passengers to take their hand bags and carryon on flight while all indian, arab and farest were not allowed to. She did the same with them. This is racism. My both carryon and hand bag weighted 9 kg. And the policy on volotea website says i am entitled to take both with me. Racism racism. How you hire ppl like this.
