As a family Company, tinycottons was born in Dec. 2012, Barb Bruno & Gerard Lazcano decided to do something different for the kids business. They built a brand with great quality products made in Europe, and treat that brand as an adults brand. Stylish but bold. With a strong image and a story behind every collection that kids get involved with, learn something or just love a piece that they'll remember forever. As a clothing brand, we want to create a good, long lasting product, at the same time your kid's favourite. Quality is the most important thing for us. And we don't just apply it to our products. We also want an honest process and fair trade factories. For the non cotton fabrics we prefer recycled materials, we are eco friendly, and take care about the environment. Our aim is that every person involved in tinycottons products feels proud of it. As for inspiration, being based in Barcelona makes everything easier. This city is so cosmopolitan, full of culture, art, green spaces, parks, small and big companies that empower us to make it better every day. Books and travels are also parts of our creation process. We draw, paint, cut and glue as much as we can. We try to be free as kids minds. With their own and only, bold and not so serious attitude. Every season we tell a new story and we send a strong message to share. We give sense to every piece of the collection with different prints, a special color palette, and simple shapes. So I'm giving another review as I've seen the same canned response from this company regarding mine and others issues with returning products. Specifically, nowhere during their online purchase process do they mention that they won't cover the cost of shipping returns. It costs more to return it than the cost of the product itself. I would be hesitant to buy clothing online knowing that I'm stuck with it, as would any normal person! Honestly, I'll give the benefit of the doubt and say it wasn't INTENTIONALLY shady practice on their behalf to conceal a poor return policy but it's shady nonetheless. BUYER BEWARE, IF YOU ARE PURCHASING INTERNATIONALLY, YOU WONT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT WITHOUT PAYING

Avoid ordering from this company. I was really excited about this new company for both my kids and myself, but after experiencing their unhelpful customer service, the reality of ordering/returning to a Spain based company from the US, and actually owning a sweater (much poorer quality than expected), I will not be ordering from here again. First note that returns are nearly impossible from the united states. They must be done within 14 days and it costs a fortune to ship it back to Spain (284 for 3 sweaters). While this is not Tiny Cottons fault, I wish I would have known the cost of returns before purchasing. Secondly customer service NOT HELPFUL at all and don't have the customer's best interest in mind at all. My mother never received order confirmations for a sweater she purchased for me for Christmas, so she ended up ordering 4 to ensure she actually ordered it. They say if it's their fault online they will cover the cost, but this obviously isn't true. Tiny Cottons REFUSED to cover the shipping costs which was 284, basically cost as much as the 3 sweaters I was trying to return for my mother. Based on other reviews, this seems to be one of their tactics. This is the main reason to AVOID ordering from this company. Lastly, the merino wool sweaters begin to pill on the first day wearing. This new sweater now looks like a very old worn sweater and has only been worn one time. This happened to the other 3 sweaters we purchased too (I ended up giving them as presents since I could not justify the shipping costs). So, after all this, the sweaters aren't even good quality.

RETURNS ARE A NIGHTMARE. Only allows a 14 day window, and using a 3rd party (like they suggest so that you can pay for duty/customs fees) costs over 100 just to send a jacket. No one at customer service could respond and tell me what shippping service they used, since my S&H was only 20 when i purchased my item. If you can ship it to me for 20, why is it over 100 to try and return it? shame cause their stuff looks pretty nice my, fiance would have bought more.

You are NOT taking any measures to improve online purchases! I've read the previous comments and you are LYING to your clients. You voluntarily IGNORE clients' mails and phone calls. I made a booking by mistake, which i immediately cancelled. You sent the package anyway, charged me for this, and refused to give my money back. You ROBBED your clients and ignore them.
