We didn’t know what to expect of a sushi hand roll place in the gothic quarter but boy - we were so satisfied! We got one of the tuna and one of the crab. Freshly made to order, well balanced flavor and rice was so perfectly made (consider : At par with sushi rice in Japan when it comes to chewiness and the amount of rice vinegar used). Great value and quality for its price point!

Great service and amazing food. Chef was so nice and helpful. He told us about tecniques and tradition behind temaki. Very nice guy. Place has a great vibe as well. Would highly recommend.

Keep asking temakis from here on a weekly basis. I though I was happy enough when I found out that now you are using paper-made packages for delivery instead of plastic-made. I nearly cried of happiness when I opened the bag!!!!!!! WELL DONE!!

The Chef recommended me the brasil, the spicy tuna and the spicy duo. The three of them were delicious. Best temakis I've ever had!
