It was a lovely and summery afternoon. One of those where even the rain came to bless the city before the sun returned to consecrate this tropical aura that September brings to Barcelona. We were all starving and craving for something a bit more exotic than the typical mediterranean experience, and that's when we decided to go for lunch at Tandoori Nights. Arriving there, we were welcome with a broad yet sincere smile from the person that would become our host that day, Mahon. Mahon realized very quickly that we were a very diverse group so he promptly provided menus in different languages and made himself available to answer our many curious and perhaps ignorant questions. Calmly but decisively, Mahon guided us through all the dishes and just like that, the order was placed, in a process as smooth as a soft creamy murg makhani. When the food finally arrived, the smell of the spices and flavours triumphed the air. The color of the dishes, the sizzle of the plates and the orchestra of smells, provided a show that no money can buy, a delight for all the senses. Let the feast begin! It's hard to describe how can such a simple and humble cuisine can trigger such a spectacular range of feelings and emotions. The richness of the curries, the spiciness of the chillies, the smell of that hot naan, the freshness of the sauces, all of it combined made it definitely an unforgettable memory. I can't help it but coming back in the future and I'll be more than sure to tell all my friends so we can make sure that these honest and modest places that focus solely on providing a good service get the help they need to overcome this crisis. To my bro Mahon, my warmest and sincerest regards!

One of the must-try places if you want to taste authentic Indian delicacies in Barcelona. Wonderful ambiance in the evening if you sit outdoors in the evening. Great service and behavior.

Excellent food and excellent customer service. This is on my top 3 indian restaurants in Barcelona. Main dishes are selected by type of sauce, and then you choose if you want them cooked with chicken/vegetables/shrimp/etc. Wich gives you a vast range of possibilities in case you'd like to come back or if you are vegetarian (like me).

Delicious indian restaurant with a very varied menu. We tried a lot of the dishes and all were tasty. The staff is caring and always willing to help in choosing the dishes according to your taste. Don’t be fooled by the looks, go in and focus on the food!

Best curry I've ever had. Food is freshly made, the seasoned from my curry was super tasty (I had a tikka masala with shrimps!), the staff is very friendly and nice. At the end we had a lassy mango from the house that was just heavenly! There is a menu for 11.90 Euros from 12 to 17 pm which consist on one entry, one curry plate (I choose veggie curry), a portion of rice, beer, and dessert, super price quality recommended. One of the many reasons why I willl come back to Barcelona!
