They sold us frozen green beans that had clearly gone bad. When I went to get my money back they told me that’s how vegetables look when they’re frozen (they had already defrosted by that point and were shriveled and white). Lost a customer over a bag of beans - well played.

A shame your nice store has a lazy, rude, disrespectful staff member with racist tendencies! Unfortunately this is the experience I needed to make today during my visit in the afternoon hours - where I was made fun of my accent, asked where exactly I live here around and other personal questions. Furthermore the same male cashier asked me for prices (in the shop HE works) n asked me to go back and look for them.

Not corect!She marked on the cash register ”various”and I payed 20 euros for products that costs 8 euros in 02.02.2020 and she did not gave me any paper.

Cuidado que siempre te cobrán demás. Es mejor que calculéis el precio de todo lo que compréis. Una vez cogí una lata que ponía 0,90 y al llegar a caja me quería cobrar 1,20, su excusa fue, que se pensaba q lo cogí de la nevera y que frío era más caro. Perdona? Hay un plus por una bebida fría? Y no era la primera vez q intentaban cobrarme demás. You better watch out because they charge you more. I wanted a can of sparkling water and price was 0,90 but once I got to the cashier he wanted to charge me 1,20 and his excuse it was because he thought I grab it from the fridge. So... is there a plus for a cold drink? That makes no sense. It was not the first time they wanted to charge me more.
