Very friendly :) UPDATE: In the 1st place they are superfriendly (i had a housevisit with a lovely intern from Amerika and one of the owners i think) but, in the end the only thing this company thinking about is money. Welcome in the real world...yes, i know, but company’s like this truly breaking down the whole housemarket with raising up the prices up so high. You can write or tell any story what you want to them but unfortanatly it’s just all about money in stead of getting a bit personally involved. For example, there was zero response when it came on to responding my email. For me things like that really count, when i speak about being human and not seeing everything in numbers. And the biggest thing for me was that they let you think they are super personal but in the end you are just a bloody number. The market is crazy in Barcelona at the moment because of these company’s. Also what they do really cleaver is asking/pushing for leaving a review after the first contact. Afterwards raising up the rent from the property you visited, the non response on a superenthousiastic and nice e-mail after for my feeling a good vibes housevisit. No, it was my first and last experience with Starprop. Don’t fall for their prices people, and the non human contact afterwards, not speaking about that lovely intern who was just starting there a few days earlier. Good luck chick!
