Really nice bar with great drink and food options. Staff are super nice and the atmosphere is super cool. Highly recommend trying this place out.

I ordered to the in-room dining service ... And what a disappointment... The burger was cold, prepared for a while and the French fries were not homemade as announced. Not recommended at all for the price it doesn't worth it.
The prices are a bit high compared to the norm, but to be objective, you're staying in a Fairmont Hotel. You're paying for convenience and the ambiance. The food is very good though. I would avoid the Lomo de atun and the anchovies. They are good, but even at a Vegas comparison, they are overpriced. The muslo de pollo was great. Very flavorful and tender. And, as silly as it sounds, the cheesecake was amazing. My wife (from Queens and Long Island) says it was the closest to NY yet (outside of NY of course). Service is always top notch. You cant beat the atmosphere and its quiet and very elegant. If you dont feel like leaving the hotel, there is also the Terrace restaurant near the pool. However, that is more grilled foods. Very nice as well. Still, this is great, indoors and it cannot be more convenient. 8 out of 10 overall. Minus 2 for the prices of wines and some foods being a little high. You make up your mind from that.
