What a great experience. Olivier works with each person individually with their unique needs. Both physical, with adjustments and assessments with any issues you may be experience, but also in a holistic way as well. He creates a safe space for personal reflection and inspection. I definitely needed that and am looking forward to coming back soon!

I've had a really relaxed session. I didn't know a lot about the practice before I went, but I want to say that i've felt very relaxed afterwards and had one of the best nights of sleep in a long time. Also i've noticed physical improvements to my shoulder and lower back just after the first session. I highly recommend it.
