We booked a parking for 24 hours in Barcelona: NN Lepanto. We arrived there and we tryed for about 30 min. to get inside but the phone number that suppose to open the parking gate was not working and we couldn't get inside. We called the NN Lepanto Customer Service in order to manage the itation and the operator answered and told us that they don't speak English and hang up the phone without any further explanation. We tryed repeatedly to recall them but probably as they saw the same phone number they refused to answer. We tryed again to call Parclick Office but there was a robot that was talking 3 minutes in Spanish and after that they hang up the phone. So we lost 10 euros, without any chance to finally park the car and to find somewone to assist us. By short - no respect at all for customers, all they want is to get your money. A very dissapointing experience wich I do not recommend to anyone.

Problemas para entrar en el, la aplicación no funciona algunas veces gracias a los vijilantes del edificio que nos ayudaron para entrar y salir, esto durante tres días que lo tuvimos alquilado

Mauvaise expérience !!! Nous avons mis beaucoup de temps pour trouver le parking objet de notre réservation pour la journée du 11 avril. La réservation concernait le parking NN LEPANTO, situé par notre GPS, rue Lepant et évidemment introuvable dans cette rue puisque se situant en fait au 123 avenue de l'industrie, difficulté accrue par le fait que l'entrée de ce parking n'est absolument pas identifiée et se présente comme un simple portail de garages en sous-sol d'un immeuble de bureaux !!! Plutôt énervant car le parking en lui-même est très bien situé, très propre, les places sont larges et les manoeuvres faciles... '
