A modern fusion of Peruvian and Japanese. It’s an experience. Enjoyed the whole tasting menu and was a marathon full of surprises. Despite many dishes they are served very fast and always explained very well. And also a great cocktail menu as well. It’s worth coming here hungry and for a special occasion. And understand that it’s high price for a quality culinary experience - but worth it!

Have never been a big fan of FUSION food but this place sure has opened by eyes to what fusion is when done right. A combination of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine, I expected the 2 customers to go well with each other but they sure do at Pakta. Dining room is modern and sleek with mainly consist of bar seats where u can watch the Chef do their magic. Service is excellent, attentive , friendly and knowledgeable. The tasting menu very innovative, Each dish that came was well explained and presented. Each dish was well executed and flavorful, with a balance of clean and bold flavors. Presentation is beautiful and well thought of. Wine and sake list on offer is well curated and decently priced. Cocktail menu is also very interesting and innovative. Definitely a must try if your looking for something interesting and innovative in Barcelona.

This experience was absolutely amazing! There were four of us for dinner and we all loved it. When I booked it was only for 3 people. They were happy to add another person to our booking even though their place itself on the night was totally booked. The staff were exceptional. I think most people can say that when the staff are attentive and polite, but in this case it was the little things that stood out. Before each course our server would explain what was being served, the reasoning behind it and also in certain cases what order to eat certain components. With four of us dining we had two staff which would serve each course at EXACTLY the same time. I'm talking about the plates being put on the table synchronously by the servers. We're not major wine snobs, but we do like a nice glass. The sommelier was fantastic in guiding us to a wine that would suite all the courses we were having whilst keeping in with our particular tastes of a drier white As far as the food goes.... The presentation and execution of each dish was out of this world.... From the initial cherry juice refresher served in an ice globe to the crazy green tea sponge and kakigori for dessert. We were offered the option of having an extra course halfway through the meal, but the degustation menu was enough to have all four of us content. The taste of the food, the presentation and variety was absolutely amazing. All of the staff there need to be recognised, as they all help to make the experience. If you get a chance to book here then you're a lucky person. I would definitely come here again... Fantastic.
