This is such a great place to come and visit, beautiful views of the City and the busy ports of Barcelona. we took the cable cart up this area them walked up the rest and once we got on top its a amazing place. the Castle has been well looked after and its worth a visit when you come to the city.

Extremely wonderful historical castle. I enjoyed the view of Barcelona from there. I also liked the view of the beach and the port from the other side. It's better if you have some information about the history of the castle and Barcelona. But even without this information you can still enjoy your visit. Free entries on Sundays after 3 pm. I planned to stay for an hour or two but I stayed there until the sunset. The staff there were friendly and nice. For me it's the most important site to visit in Barcelona.
This landmark fortress was built in the 17th century and overlooks the current city of Barcelona and also the port. The views from the fortress are incredible and the interior is quite fascinating. It’s quite easy to get there. it can be accessed by the cable car or bus, or just walk if you wanna exercise.
Very interesting place to visit and definitely worth the time and effort (going up the hill) and costs (just few ). Views are amazing and exhibition in side is actually very interesting. Parks around also invite you to have a stroll through... One of the great places to go in Barcelona.
