Mister Traster is the ABSOLUTE worst, most untrustworthy, unprofessional moving and storage company I have EVER had the misfortune to do business with!!! They were SO nice when they bid for the job. But their true colors showed when I had to make a claim. Per my contract, I was insured for 20,000, the amount of which I confirmed in multiple emails. During the move, they destroyed the slip cover of a brand new 4000 couch. To replace the slip cover would cost 1400, but the \boss\ would not authorize it. After 8 months of hell, numerous phone calls, and emails back and forth they were only willing to reimburse 927 euros because they said it was used! It was brand new! ... and this was DESPITE the mover having SWORN that the damage was covered by insurance at the time that they damaged the couch! He repeatedly told me not to worry. They are liars and completely unscrupulous. They have been a nightmare to deal with. Do NOT use this company. Reply to reply: SO OFFENSIVE! Suddenly after a negative review, they show concern! Bogus, false, phony, artificial concern!!! After completely screwing me over (I have all the emails to prove it - I wish there were room to post them all). Their \deep regret\ is laughable! And they have NO intention of re-submitting my claim. They are complete liars, had EVERY opportunity to have done the right thing to begin with, and simply chose not to because they knew I had no recourse! Now they are trying to rob me of my one measly remedy - a negative review.

Don't let the good prices fool you into choosing them over a more reputable company!! They lied about my insurance coverage. When I had to make a claim for damage, the movers told me not to worry because it would be 100% covered. It was not. I received less than 25% of the value. Using this company has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I have moved dozens of times and have never dealt with a slimier bunch of unscrupulous people. They give you the run-around until you are too exhausted and mentally worn out to fight any more. Stay far, far away from this awful company. Reply to Response from Owner: SO OFFENSIVE!
