I have ordered now 4 pairs of custom women's flamenco shoes from Menkes, and they have always been sturdy and fit exactly according to my specifications. My most recent order went through several stages of changes due to a heel being out of stock and then my own mis-translation of a request, but the final product (pictured below) is exactly what I wanted. Clara from customer service was very quick to respond via email and communicate next steps to me. I will continue ordering shoes from here for as long as I can :)

So many options here for costumes to buy and rent. I was impressed by the rental section as there were some authentic well made costumes, yet the buy section was very cheap poorly made from what I saw. I was looking for a Captn Sparrow costume but it was already in use, and Renting at 100 for 3 days.

I ordered some shoes in October, I have a small foot so they doubled checked my order as I was ordering from Australia. The shoes turned up were amazing , had a great sound and also I received a beautiful gift of a manton, bracket & pendent clasp does being client 100. Gracias Menkes
