Great quality serviced apartment at a reasonable price with excellent and helpful customer service. I stayed with Lugaris for about 2months - they were great landlords. They helped me settle in Barcelona and promptly handled any issues that arose. The flat I stayed in was cleaned weekly and it had awe inspiring views of the beach and lots of natural light. Also, it was amazing for watching the sunrise:) Only downside for me was location, its about 20mins bus ride away from the city centre/ Eixample. Otherwise its perfect! Oh the icing on the cake was, my plans changed and I had to leave earlier than planned, they refunded me for the unused period without any issues or penalty fees?! I was so suprised and very pleased. Thank you guys!

Very well located between the beach and the urban area of Poblenou. Friendly staff and a great variety of different room types, some with an awesome sea view. Very well equipped apartment, some things are a bit older and not working properly anymore but in total you’ll have everything you need for a holiday even with smaller kids.
A great apartment complex with spacious rooms. The pictures are real, that's just the way it is. We were fortunate enough to stay on the 6th floor such that we had a great overview of the city as well as a view to the beach. Many great restaurants and bakeries in the area, as well as great food shopping. The beach access is great as well.
This property has a great location it’s just few minutes from the beach of Mar Bella or Bigatell and quite close to the good Plaza with a lot of cool restaurants in Poblenou as well. Condition of property is nice but not superb clean. The top flors 5-6-7 has a great views depending of the flat you choose you can have a view of the 3 sides, beach side, city side and sunset side and it’s kind of cool. Stuff on reception need to be concentrated on the clients and pay more attention to the clients. When we arrived we were waiting outside with a small children at least 10 minutes the door to reception was closed but my feelings it should be open during the working hours. I general I am satisfied with a stay and probably visit this property one more time.
Fabulous hotel in Barcelona, artistic modern style in the reception and the apartment room. Rooftop pools makes the lugaris beach hotel feel luxurious and the stunning view from the roof could keep you swimming there all day! I was impressed with the spacious lounge and kitchen/diner in my apartment, it was impeccably clean and tidy whilst still feeling like a cosy, bright place to stay. I would definitely visit again, it is near the beach and the shops so you can enjoy both! Very close to the hotel are little shops and restaurants, I tried the bubble waffle with whipped cream and ice cream, very filling but each bite was better than the last .
