The Sagrada Família is a truly exceptional temple, the result of the work of genius architect Antoni Gaudí. Today, more than 135 years after the laying of the cornerstone, construction continues on the Basilica. The most spectacular church ever see and still under construction to be finished by 2026 . Mind blowing, breathtaking, stunning architectural and unforgettable place . It’s a life time experience and a must visit when u are in Barcelona!

Although Barcelona is full of all kinds of sights, in fact those that are really worthwhile are very few. One of them is definitely the most famous - Sagrada Familia. Unlike other landmarks with similar status and fame, which often turn out to be overrated, this one fully justifies its fame. A majestic place - both outside and inside, and the view of the city from one of its towers. Really worth it!

This is definitely a must see when you’re in Barcelona. We didn’t go inside but just to look at the outside is amazing, definitely something you need to do! ️

Yesterday, my class and I went to the Sagrada Família in Barcelona. We saw lots of incredible sculptures and gargoyles. Then, the guide taught us that all those parts of the cathedral where made of Montjuïc stones. It has three entries and all of them are very big. There are lots of towers but the majority of them are in construction. In general, I liked and enjoyed a lot and I would absolutely recommend to go and visit it.

This place is absolutely Mind blowing!.. it gets very crowded here.. and there is a whole security check before entering... So I would advise to take the earliest tickets for when it opens around 9, and be there a little before 9 so that you can avoid the crowds!.. Would totally recommended the audio guide so you appreciate the whole structure! :)

Amazing collosal cathedral, my favourite part turns out to be the Eastern facade, dedicated to the Birth of Christ. Absolutely beautiful sight, pure art. The statues are full of grace and what i especially liked was the cypress tree with white doves, that is unique to a church. The other masterpiece that I saw were the three gates on this facade, a work of a Japanese master. Simply amazing.

If you’re in town you have to stop by and look at it. It’s probably one of the most iconic structures in all of Barcelona. Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to go inside.
